HACIENDA TRES RÍOS
- How big are the rooms?
Studios are 645 ft2, One-bedroom Suites are 1236 ft2 and Two-bedroom Suites are 2063 ft2.
- Is there a beach?
Yes, there is a white-sand beach.
- Are families welcome, or is it an adult-only resort?
Families are most definitely welcome! Tres Ríos is an experience for all to enjoy.
- Why is Tres Ríos called an environmentally sustainable resort?
Because it is carefully planned to balance the needs of its guests with the well- being of its environment. Tres Ríos is guarded by a set of strict environmental guidelines and management processes in order to ensure that balance. In fact, the resort will be in better environmental shape after its development than before, as every effort will be made to increase biodiversity within its gates.
- Do I have to pay the All Inclusive fee if I check in on another day?
You pay for the All Inclusive fee, for the total of days you are properly registered into the property.
- Are telephone calls included?
All telephone calls have a charge, even 800 numbers. To verify the rates you are welcome to call the Hotel Operator.
- Do you provide Beach Towels or do we bring them down from the room?
Beach towels can be requested by the pool area. If you are going to return them after 6:00 p.m, please deposit them at the front desk to avoid any charges.
- Is the water safe to drink?
All the water supplied is purified, although we don’t recommend you drink the tap water since it has high contents of minerals your body may not be accustomed to.
- Is the Room service included?
As part of the All Inclusive benefits we have Room Service available, in your rooms you will find a menu with a wide variety of options to choose from.
- Where do we go, what do we do?
For reservations for our outside or optional activities such as our renown Hacienda Nights, bicycle tour, City Tour, outside restaurant coupons or massage coupons, please go to the VIP Service Desk or anyone from the Sports and entertainment staff.
- Where should we exchange currency?
US and Canadian Dollars can be exchanged at the Hotel’s Front Desk, 24 hrs a day. Other currency can only be exchanged at any of the local banks before 2:00 p.m. For nearby Bank locations, please contact the VIP Services Desk.
- Where do we keep our valuables?
Remember that safety boxes are located inside the closets, please deposit all your documents and valuables there.
- What about tours and activities?
Our Travel Agency is located right outside the elevators, to your right, remember to validate your RCI special discounts, which will be informed to you by the Vip Service Department.
- What about the electricity?
All rooms are equipped with hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Electrical voltage is 110 Vlts.
- Do you offer Handicap facilities?
Yes, we do have regulated handicap facilities and we are willing to accommodate on lower level units upon request.
- Is Hacienda Tres Ríos pet friendly?
No pets are allowed
- Do you offer unit upgrades?
All the Units confirmed by RCI are final. You may request upon check in if there is any availability at extra cost.
